USB Communication Interface
The printer's USB port may be configured in two different uses. The default configuration
configures the USB as a CDC ACM which requires a driver to be installed on the host
system. This driver is supported by both Windows and Linux operating systems through
different drivers. The printer may also be configured as a USB HID device so no specific
drivers need to be installed. Connecting the printer to the HOST system running Windows
will install the printer.
