Description
Combined air supply and flue gas outlet system (collective air/flue gas system) with overpres
sure.
Danger
The installation of boilers on pressurised collective chimneys is only per
mitted with G20 (methane gas).
The boiler is designed to be connected to a collective chimney sized to operate in conditions
where the static pressure of the collective flue gas pipe may exceed the static pressure of the
collective air pipe of 25Pa in the scenario in which n-1 boilers are working at the maximum
heat input and 1 boiler is working at the minimum heat input permitted by the controls.
Minimum permitted pressure difference between the air supply and the flue gas outlet is
-200 Pa (including -100 Pa wind pressure).
The maximum recirculation value permitted in wind conditions is 10%.
The channel must be designed for a nominal flue gas temperature of 25 °C.
Place a condensation drain, equipped with a siphon, at the bottom of the channel.
The roof terminal must be designed for this configuration and must cause a draught in the
channel.
A draught diverter is not permitted.
Important
For this configuration, modify the fan rpm as shown in the table below.
