Before connecting the room thermostat (RT), the Open Therm (OT) or (R-
Bus) device on terminal X12 of the boiler PCB, remove the jumper as
shown on the electrical diagram at the beginning of this manual.
Important
The room thermostat must be in low voltage.
Caution
It is recommended to pay particular attention when filling the
heating system. In particular, open the thermostatic valves if fitted
to the system and let the water flow slowly in order to avoid the
formation of air inside the primary circuit, until the necessary
operating pressure is reached. Finally, degas any radiant
elements in the system. De Dietrich does not accept any liability
for damage arising from the presence of air bubbles inside the
heat exchanger due to any failure to correctly or accurately follow
the aforementioned instructions.
1. Before filling the heating installation, clean it properly and flush it
thoroughly.
2. Fill the system until the pressure reaches between 1.0 and 1.5 bar.
3. For degassing, activate the function as described in the chapter
entitled "Degassing operation".
