- Operating principle

2.3 - STEERING

Steering and elevation cannot be performed simultaneously.

2.4 - LOAD IN THE PLATFORM

If the platform load exceeds the maximum authorized load, no movement is
possible from the platform control box.
The platform overload indicator and the buzzer warn the operator.
Remove some weight from the platform to return to an acceptable load.

ANTI-POTHOLE SAFETY SYSTEM

OPTIMUM 8 (OPTIMUM 1930E) :
An anti-pothole protection system is automatically deployed when the platform is lifed
above 1,50 m (4 ft 11 in) . Only micro-speed is possible in this position. As soon as the
platform is below 1,50 m (4 ft 11 in) and driving in high or low speed is engaged, the pothole
protection automatically retract. If the pothole protection are not extended, micro-speed and
platform elevation are automatically cut.
