Description
Physical drive cache policy, including:
Unchanged: The current drive cache policy is not
changed.
Enable: During data read/write, data is cached through
drives, which improves the write performance. However,
data will be lost in case of a power outage if no
protection mechanism is available.
Disable: During data read/write, data is not cached
through drives and will not be lost in case of a power
outage.
Indicates the default initialization mode, including:
No: Does not perform initialization.
Fast: Performs fast initialization.
Full: Performs full initialization.
Logical sectors reported in OS.
If the drives in a RAID array are 512 B/512 B:
Default: The logical sectors are 512 B/512 B.
None: The logical sectors are 512 B/512 B.
Force: The logical sectors are 512 B/4 KB.
If the drives in a RAID array are 512 B/4 KB:
Default: The logical sectors are 512 B/4 KB.
None: The logical sectors are 512 B/512 B.
Force: The logical sectors are 512 B/4 KB.
