Acceptance Criteria
There is no copper scrap or
other conductive foreign
matter in the cabinet.
The pointer of the pressure
gauge on the front door is not
obviously lower than the initial
position. If the pressure
decreases, gas leakage occurs.
The ground cables of the
lithium battery cabinet are
secured to the power
distribution ground bar, and
the screws are tightened.
Screws are tightened. The
insulation layers of cables are
intact and terminals are free
from black marks and
noticeable sparks.
● When battery strings are
powered off, check the
connection of copper bars
and communications/
sampling terminals for each
battery module from
positive terminals (and
neutral terminals if any) to
negative terminals.
● In copper bar check, use a
torque wrench to check the
tightening torque for each
battery screw. The torque
meets the requirements of
the battery manufacturer.
After checking that the
battery screws meet the
requirements, mark the
screws for later check.
