3. Once the receiving party answers, announce the call.
4. To complete the transfer, select the Transfer softkey again, or simply hang up.
Direct to Voicemail Transfer
To transfer a call directly to voicemail, follow these steps:
1. While on an active call, select Transfer.
2. Then dial *55 and the extension.
3. When you hear the ring-back tone, select the Transfer softkey again.
