Make sure the Vehicle
Connector (charge
handle) is fully
inserted into the
charge inlet in the car,

100°F or 38°C),
contact Tesla.
If a wall plug is used,
make sure that it is
fully inserted into the
receptacle, it is not
covered by anything,
and no heat source is
nearby. If the Wall
Connector is wired
directly to the wall
source, make sure that
the Wall Connector is
not covered by
anything, and no heat
source is nearby. If the
problem continues

temperatures (under
