NOTE
Make sure that the engine oil dipstick is properly
inserted before driving off.

AIR FILTER

The air filter must be changed according to the
maintenance table. Change the air filter more
frequently if you drive in unusually dusty or humid
environments.
Replace air filter
• Unscrew the screws of the air filter housing (1).
• Pull out the air filter.
• Replace it with a replacement filter from the
manufacturer.
• Slightly grease the air filter housing and the
contact surface for an airtight seal.
• Install the air filter.
• Screw on the air filter housing.
NOTE
• Make sure that the air filter is correctly
seated in the air filter housing and that it is
correctly closed.
• The engine must never be operated without
an air filter. Unfiltered air can immediately
cause engine damage.
MAINTENANCE & SERVICING

ECU

The engine control unit "ECU" is an important part
of the engine and must always be set correctly.
Any manipulation can have a negative effect on
engine running and result in engine damage. Leave
maintenance and adjustment work to the specialist
dealer.

THROTTLE CABLE CLEARANCE

The throttle cable clearance (1) should be 2 - 6 mm.
NOTE
Regular checks of the throttle cable play and
adjustment should be carried out by your dealer.
