exhaust system may only be carried out by
an authorised specialist dealer in accordance
with the respective legal requirements.

Leave maintenance work that affects the
warranty claim or with which you are not
familiar to an authorised specialist dealer.

Modifications to the vehicle that have not been
approved by the manufacturer can lead to a
change in performance, non-permitted exhaust
emission values and unsafe driving behaviour.
•
If such modifications are carried out by the
customer without authorisation from the
manufacturer, the warranty claim will be
invalidated.

The spark plug is an important part of the engine
and is easy to check. Heat and deposits wear out
the spark plug, so it must be checked according to
the maintenance table. The spark plug also gives an
indication of the condition of the engine. The spark
plug is located on the underside of the vehicle.
Check spark plug
Remove the spark plug connector (1).

Unscrew the spark plug with the spark plug spanner
(2) of the on-board tool.
