In NAV mode the autopilot automatically steers the vessel to a
specific waypoint location, or along a pre-defined route. Position
information is used to change the course to steer to keep the vessel
on the track line to the destination waypoint.

For information about navigation, refer to "Navigating" on
page 63.
NAV mode options
While in NAV mode the following buttons are available in the
autopilot controller:
Restart
Restarts the navigation from the vessel's current position.
Skip
Skips the active waypoint and steers towards the next waypoint.
This option is only available when navigating a route with more
than one waypoint between the vessel position and the end of the
route.
Cancel
Cancels active navigation and deselects the current route or
waypoint navigation. The autopilot is switched to heading hold
mode, steering the vessel on the heading that was active when the
cancel button was selected.
Ú Note:
This is different from selecting standby which does not
stop current navigation.
Turning in NAV mode
When the vessel reaches a waypoint, the autopilot will give an
audible warning and display a dialog with the new course
information.
There is a limit for the allowed automatic course change to next
waypoint in a route:
If the required course change to the next waypoint is less than
the course change limit, the autopilot will automatically change
the course
If the required course change to next waypoint is more than the
set limit, you are prompted to verify that the upcoming course
