A: How can I change the PIN code?
Q: The PIN code '0000' is preset in the factory before delivery, it can not be
changed by users.
A: How can I reset Butler 3300?
Q: You need to enter TEST MODE to reset B3300 as follows:
Make sure the Butler 3300 handset and Butler 3300 base are linked to
each other - insert batteries into the handset and immediately press and
hold 'INT' key till 'tESt dOdE 1—8' displays, then release 'INT' key - press
'8' key, HS-1 displays - press '*' key - after 'PIN' appears, input the PIN
code '0000' - after a while, 'HS—1' displays, take off the batteries, the
reset is finished.
NOTE: it erases all entries in the phonebook, call list and dial list.
A: I lost one handset or the handset is damaged, so I bought an additional
handset to the base to use with the base, I tried many times but still failed
to register the handset on the base, why is that?
Q: one Butler 3300 base can get 4 handsets registered on it at maximum, if
your Butler 3300 base already has 4 handsets registered, you can not
register the additional handsets on it. You have to remove one unused
handset from the base before you register a new handset.
A: How can I remove all handsets from a base?
Q: You need to enter TEST MODE to remove all handsets registered as follows:
Make sure the Butler 3300 handset and Butler 3300 base are linked to
each other - insert batteries into the handset and immediately press and
hold 'INT' key till 'tESt dOdE 1—8' displays, then release 'INT' key - press
'8' key, HS-1 displays - press RIGHT key till 'CLEAr SUb' appears, press
'INT' key, now all handsets are removed from the base.
