    Cocoon 350 4.30 Complete Reinitialisation of the telephone This function allows you to completely reinitialise the telephone without requiring your PIN code. This will delete all Phone Book memory entries, all handsets will be removed, all default settings will be restored and the default PIN code will be restored to ‘0000’.

    Once you have listened to your messages, the ‘ 7 ANSWERING MACHINE The Cocoon 350 has a built-in digital answering machine with a recording capacity of 14 min. This answering machine can only be controlled by the supplied handset (not by other multi- handsets).

    Cocoon 350 • Press the key to switch between the 2 outgoing messages. • The internal voice will confirm the set outgoing message. Notes: 1 It is only possible to select an outgoing message if the answering machine is turned on. If it is not, the internal voice will say that the answering machine is off.

    Cocoon 350 7.9 Configurar data e hora A configuração do dia e hora do atendedor de chamadas é independente do telefone. A data e hora de qualquer telefonema é registada e reproduzida ao ouvir as mensagens. O formato da hora depende da língua da voz do sistema interno: por exemplo, o Inglês tem o formato de 12 horas e o Alemão tem o formato de 24 horas.

    7.14 Gravar memorandos Com o Cocoon 350 é possível gravar memorandos. Estes memorandos são considerados como uma mensagem recebida que pode ser consultada mais tarde pelo utilizador. A duração máxima da gravação de um memorando é de 2 minutos.
