    Set-Up Place WARNING ⚠ Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment.     Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. Step 1: Assembly of the Rear Stabilizer Remove the washers (J1), spring washers (J2) and nuts (J3) fron the rear stabilizer (C).

    Turn the equipment on and a sound will be heard for two seconds.With the rotating button, select a user U1 - U9 and enter the following user data: gender, age, height, and weight. Use the rotating button to set the respective value and press the button to confirm. Set the date and time with the enter button.
