On Delay Timer
(#2, #3 mower unit up/down switch timer)
The on delay timer is located under the right
side of the seat, and is connected to output an
up/down signal to the rear mower unit after
the up/down signal to the front mower unit.
This design makes the rear mower unit move
up/down with a 0.6 second delay after the up/
down signal for the front mower unit.

Inspection of Delay Timer
1. Remove the delay timer from the machine.
Note:
The test circuits for the off delay timer and
on delay timer are the same.
2. Follow the steps below to create a test
circuit.
[1] Connect coupler terminal 1 to the battery
(+).
[2] Connect lamp line 1 to coupler terminal
2.
[3] Connect switch line 1 to coupler terminal
3.
[4] Connect coupler terminal 4 to the battery
(-).
[5] Connect lamp line 2 to the battery (-).
[6] Connect switch line 2 to the battery (-).
3. Turn the switch to "ON."
If the lamp turns on 0.6 seconds after,

the on delay timer is normal.
If the lamp turns off 0.9 seconds after the

switch is turned "OFF," the delay timer is
normal.
