3.3.3.3 NGT-1000/-2000/-2500 Version 1 with SW release 1.52
1.
Press the Menu (M) button.
2.
Rotate the large knob to scroll the menu to Maintenance.

Press small knob to display "Self Tst".
2.
Press the small knob again to activate self test.
3.
When activated, the screen momentarily displays "Test Started" followed by "Test In Progress".
•
(NGT-2000/-2500 only) If the optional traffic or PED display is installed, each will show three
targets during the test.
•
If the optional ADS-B Out Fail lamp or No ADS-B Coverage (NGT-2000/-2500 only) lamps
are installed, each will flash during the test and remain illuminated while the self test results are
shown.
•
It is normal that the Fail lamp may be ON for up to 10 seconds after the lamps stop flashing.
This does not indicate a failure.
3.
The results can be "Passed", "Failed", or "No LRU Response". The result is shown for 10 seconds.
•
If a failed message is seen, a series of one or more fail messages are shown on the CP-2500
screen for 5 seconds each. The possible fail messages are GPS Fail, ADS-B IN Fail, ADS-B
OUT Fail, and FIS-B Fail (NGT-2000/-2500 only).
3.3.3.4 NGT-1000/-2000/-2500 Version 2 with SW release 1.51 or greater
