19. CONTROL ELEMENTS
1 ON/OFF SWITCH
It is located on the back of the swivel arm. At
'ON' position, green LED glows and cooling fan
startsrunning.
Keep the intensity control knob at Minimum level before
switching on the system.
To save burning life of LED, switch OFF the
appliance if the microscope is not in use for
longer time.
2 INTENSITY CONTROL KNOB
It is located in front of the suspension arm shown
as (A) in Fig.-50. Brightness of field of view can be
adjusted as per user comfort using intensity control
knob.
3 SWIVEL ARM LOCKING KNOB
This
knob
helps
swivel
arm

clockwise,

is
4 SUSPENSION ARM LOCKING KNOB
This knob shown as (H) locks the movement of the Suspen-
sion Arm at the desired position by turning it clockwise. See
Figure-50.
5 SUSPENSION UP/DOWN MOVEMENT LOCK-
ING KNOB
This knob shown as (I) locks the UP/Down movement of the
suspension armat the desired height by turning it clockwise
as shown in Fig. 51.
6 ADJUSTING TENSION ON ROTATORY
MOTION OF INCLINED CARRIER
Refer Fig. 51. Unscrew Knob (J). Adjust Tension by manipulat-
ing two Hex nuts and screw back the cap (J).
