Elevator foot
The Elevator Foot fastens to the inside of the top enclosure. It is included with a new top enclosure, and
is available separately as well in the Hardware Kit (802-0036-xx).
The elevator foot fits in the elevator assembly, which snaps onto the top enclosure. The elevator
assembly itself is not available separately. It is included in a new top enclosure.

Remove the following items:
Zoom tab and focus ring (page 28)
Top enclosure (page 31)

Press the elevator button to lower the elevator shaft all the way.

Press the retaining tab on the top of the elevator shaft, and then withdraw the foot and shaft. If
the shaft is broken, you may need to use a pick to push it down far enough to release it.
Assembly Note

It is easier to install the elevator with the top enclosure installed. Press the elevator button, and then
slide the shaft into its slot in the elevator assembly. When you release the button, the shaft will lock
into place.
