The gauge will then return to the measurement mode and is ready
for use.
Note: In the Automatic Calibration Mode the Elcometer 6014 has an
automatic standard tile check routine. If the calibration tile is dirty or
damaged and the value does not conform to that stored in the memory the
display will show the following warning messages:
The white tile must be checked for permanent marks and deep scratches.
If these are seen on the tile the CANCEL key should be pressed - the
calibration value will not be stored.
