17.2 Adjusting the seat height at the
front by changing the caster fork
If the adjustment range of the existing caster
fork is insufficient, the next larger or smaller
one can be used.
In doing so, the bottom position of the fork size
1 is equivalent to the top position of fork size 2
and the bottom position of fork size 2 to the top
position of fork size 3.

17.3 General instructions

When changing the angle of seat or front seat
height each time:
Size 2
155 mm
the wheel track of the drive wheels must
be checked and readjusted if necessary
(see Chapter 21.2).
the caster wheel axles must be readjusted
(see Chapter22.4).
the backrest angle may have to be reposi-
tioned (see chapter 18.1).
make sure that there is sufficient ground
clearance under the footrest. Experience
shows that this should not be less than
4 cm (see Chapter 23).
if necessary, the height of the anti-tipping
support may have to be readjusted (see
Chapter 24.1.3).
