NOTE:
If the customer cannot enter DIagnostic mode, return to the start of the procedure and ask customer to remove
the Print Head and Ink Cartridge at Select Replace Ink Tank (Step 7). After they have done this they must remove
power cable, to switch off, open the top cover and replace Printhead and Ink Cartridge. Before repowering the
machine ensure that the Ink Cartridge Guard is down. Repower the machine by inserting the power lead and allow
to restart before attempting to enter Diagnostic mode again.

Select PM Maintenance.

Select Reset Waste Tank.
