The structure of the following data is defined by the spectrum block
(see description below). The length of these data is always equal to
control

– spectrum block number BLOCK defines the structure of the following data.
Given the value of BLOCK, equal from 0 to 7, the query is sent for corresponding
fragments (blocks) of spectrum including 128 channels (256 bytes) each. Given the
value of BLOCK, equal to 8, the query is sent for parameters of the obtained
spectrum. Given the value of BLOCK, equal to 9, the mode of spectrum accumulation
is switched on/off.
At BLOCK = 0..8 – values of two succeeding bytes is disregarded.
