If the new USB Serial Port does not appear, repeat the steps above and restart the PC. You can
download the latest version of the drivers from www.ftdichip.com.
For proper functioning of the bdbg_s.exe program set the minimum value of 1mS in the
Latency Timer option of the USB serial port. Do the following:

open the Properties window: USB Serial Port (COM__);
- select the Port Settings tab
