Removing and Replacing the Power Control PCB

Switch off the Clearway 2 and disconnect the AC mains supply.
Follow the instructions on how to open the case.
Disconnect Internal and/or External batteries first
To remove the Power/Control PCB, disconnect all electrical connections
from the Power/Control PCB. Disconnect the two pressure pipe connections
to the transducers. Slide the PCB out of the rear case.
To replace the Power/Control PCB, slide the PCB into the slot at the base
of the rear case, Connect the pressure pipes to the transducers P1 and P2.
Connect the hand control connector CON7, Blower connector PL1 , PSU
connector CON1, Valve control connector CON 6, valve drive connector
CON 5, mass flow sensor connector CON 2, cooling fan connector CON 10
and board interconnect CON 9.

Removing and Replacing the Communications PCB

Switch off the Clearway 2 and disconnect the AC mains supply.
Follow the instruction on how to open the case.
To remove the Comms PCB, disconnect the grey ribbon cable from CON
4 on the display command PCB.
The Communications PCB is fixed to a case insert, remove by pushing into
the case and sliding out.
To replace the Comms PCB, Push the comms assembly back into the front
case cut-out. Connect the ribbon cable connector to CON 4 on the Display
PCB.
