1) It may happen when tablet is used in an area with bad signal. Turn off the tablet
when it is not in use.
➢ When tablet cannot be charged
1) The charger may has malfunction, and try to charge the tablet with another
authorized charger
2) Check the connector to make sure the tablet and power source are connected
properly.

Charge the tablet in appropriate ambient temperature, it cannot be charged under
an overly hot/cold temperature condition.
