4.3. Diagnosis

This is the core function of H6 Elite diagnosis application. It is used to vehicle
diagnosis and maintenance service.
Note: user should update the software to latest version before using the diagnosis function.

4.3.1. VIN identification

The H6 EB diagnosis application features the latest VIN identification function to
check vehicles model in just one touch, which allows the technician to quickly
detect vehicles, scan all the unit on it and run diagnosis test on the selected system.
It provides three ways to get the VIN of vehicle: including [ AUTO SCAN ],
[ SCAN CODE ], [ MANUAL ENTER ]
(VIN selection)
AUTO SCAN: the tablet will get the VIN automatically when vehicle is connected
with tablet.
SCAN CODE: use camera on tablet to scan the vehicle VIN.
MANUAL ENTER: input the 17-digit VIN code manually.
