➢ When tablet cannot be turned on:
1) Check the power source used to charge tablet works normally.
2) Check the tablet charger connection to make sure the battery on it is charged
properly.
➢ When the tablet cannot work normally:
1) Make sure the tablet is connected to the Internet.
2) Check registration statues to make sure that tablet is still in valid period.
