evaporation/vaporization function will be deactivated until the correct
restoration/ reintroduction of water.

4.4.4. Abnormal shutdown of the oven

If for any reason the oven shuts down suddenly and in absence of an
alarm on the display, these could be the causes:
- Intervention of the safety thermostat:
the safety thermostat operates/intervenes by shutting down the system
(completely) as soon as the (oven) chamber's temperature exceeds
500°C. The safety thermostat is resetmanually and it is located (in the
area) at the back of the control panel.
To reset the thermostat remove the plug from the power panel and wait
for the (oven) chamber to cool (off).
Unscrew the 4 screws on the control panel and press the safety
thermostat reset key. Resetting is not possible as long as the temperature
remains above 500°C.
To re-enable all the system's functions after detecting the fault shutdown
and restart the system with the "on/off" key.
Since the safety thermostat intervenes only in case of serious
faults, we suggest you to have the oven checked by a qualified technician
before the next use, in order to remove the cause of the problem/fault.
- Power failure:
in case of power failure the system shuts down completely.
