Bead of Caulking

Once Metal Roof is spaced correctly from side-to side and front-to-back, lift panels up and run
a bead of caulking down the overlapping seams of each panel to seal the joints. You will likely need
assistance from a helper for this step.
Loosely attach middle row before
removing Metal Roof Hangers.
Screw into center of Battens.
46.
Using 4 - 2" Metal Roof Screws and 1/4" Nut Driver (included), partially secure Metal Roof
Panels down to middle Batten row. Only fasten screws halfway so that Metal Roof Hangers can be
removed. Metal screw is self-tapping, do not overtighten. screw through roof panels into center of
Batten.
