Hydraulic infeed systems
blocked.
Possible Cause
Roller blocked
Pieces of wood are stuck in the
mechanisms.
Toothed drive roller blocked
because it is in contact with
other parts of the machine.
The spring pin of the distributor
control shaft is damaged or
broken.

Possible Solution
Check that the emergency stop
has not been activated via the
control handle. If it has, move
the control handle from the
emergency stop position
and pull the emergency valve
lever towards you. If the problem
persists, switch off the machine.
Check and remove the pieces
of wood to release the
mechanisms.
Check and if it is, lift the roller
using the appropriate regulator
so that there is a clearance of
5 mm between the teeth of the
roller and the bottom of the
machine body. If the problem
persists after having carried out
these checks, make sure there
are no leaks in the hydraulic
system.
Check that the spring pin joint is
in good condition and that it is
able to transmit motion to the
pump. If the problem persists,
contact an authorised
technician.
