5.3 –

STARTING THE MACHINE

DANGER
Make sure that there are no obstructions that prevent the mechanisms of
the machine from moving. Make sure that all controls are in neutral.
WARNING
To start the engine, follow the instructions in the RoboCut Operator Manual.
To start the machine:
1) Bring the engine to its correct operating temperature by running it at idle speed for a few minutes.
2) Bring the hydraulic oil to the correct operating temperature by running the machine empty for a
few minutes.
3) Use the control for moving the machine.
DANGER
Use only one control at a time and pay attention to the various movements
in order to be able to control the machine at all times.
5.3.1 –

WORKING HOURS

In accordance with regulations regarding noise, shredders can only be used at certain times; these
are established by the legislation of the country in which the machine is being used.
5.3.2 – STARTING THE MACHINE
Place the shredder on firm dry flat ground. Make sure that all the guards are closed. Rotate the
adjustable discharge chute to the required position.
Check the level of the hydraulic oil to ensure it is not less than the permitted limit - refer to the
Maintenance Section.
