Errors occur frequently while receiving.
The telephone lines may be in poor condition, or you may have a bad connection.
• Lower the reception speed. (
The sending fax machine may not be functioning properly.
• Call the sender and have them check that their fax machine is functioning properly.

You cannot dial.
The telephone line may not be connected properly.
• Make sure all line connections are secure. (
The power cord may not be plugged in securely.
• Check that the power cord is plugged securely into the machine and into the wall outlet, and that the power
