Description
Enables/disables printing of the sender
information ( p. 2-3)
Selects the position of the identification header
(outside or inside the image area).*
Selects the prefix for the identification header
number. ( p. 2-3)
Enables/disables the off hook alarm that alerts
you when the handset is not seated properly in its
cradle.
Sets the volume of the machine sounds.
When the machine is set to FAX/TEL AUTO
SW, selects the ring volume when the machine
detects a voice call.
Selects the line monitor volume (sound during
dialling and on hook)
When the machine is set to FAX/TEL AUTO
SW, selects the tone of incoming calls.
Selects the dialling method the machine uses for
your telephone line type. (
Enables dialling through a switchboard. If you
select PBX, you can select additional sub-
settings. ( p. 2-6)
Enables/disables automatic printing of a
transmission report. (
PRINT ERROR ONLY:
Prints a report only when a transmission error
occurs.
OUTPUT YES:
Prints a report every time you send a document.
OUTPUT NO:
No report is printed.
If you select PRINT ERROR ONLY or OUTPUT
YES above, enables/disables printing of the first
page of the fax under the report (black & white
faxes only).
