- Page 2 Step 1- Connect the Extension Set 1. Fill the medication cassette reservior and remove all air from the medication cassette reservoir according to the Instructions for Use supplied with the product. 2. Close the tubing clamp. 3. Using aseptic technique, connect the medication cassette reservoir luer to the luer lock (blue cap) of the extension set.

- Page 4 6. Open all clamps. 7. Prime the tubing using the pump’s priming feature according to the pump Instructions for Use. Ensure that the entire fluid path is free of all air. 8. If the extension set contains a filter, prime the filter according to the extension set’s Instructions for Use.
- Page 5 Filling The medication cassette reservoir is designed to be easily filled with the blue flow stop clip in place. Closing the fluid path Remove the blue clip to close the fluid path. Opening the fluid path Press the green button to open the fluid path.
