Introduction

The C-RL clamp-on ultrasonic flow transducers are used exclusively with the Panametrics Measurement & Control
line of ultrasonic flowmeters. These transducers are used to measure the flow of various gases through pipes having
diameters from 3/4 in. (20 mm) to 30 in. (750 mm). Such measurements are independent of the pipe material. This
manual provides details on the following topics:

• Transducer construction

• Dampening material
• Installation
• Maintenance
• Specifications
