On the Out-Profile Action Configuration screen, pressing "C" opens the
Create Out-Profile Action Menu, as shown in Fig. 4-7-17. On this screen, you
can create out-profile action.

Screen Description
Index Shows the out-profile index number.
Deny/Permit Shows whether a packet is denied or permitted.
Committed Rate Shows the packet buffer rate.
Burst Size(KB) Shows the traffic burst size that can be transmitted exceeding the
committed rate. Burst size is fixed to 64K.
