5.2.2
Manual Mapping
1.
On your desktop, navigate to Start > All Programs > EKI Device Configura-
tion Utility and click Advantech EKI Device Configuration Utility to open the
utility.

Under Serial Device Servers, locate your server and click the icon to expand
the listing.
3.
Select the target device and right-click on it to open up the options menu
window.
4.
Locate Manual Mapping and select it.
The Manual Mapping Virtual COM Port window displays.
5.
With the EKI-1511 Series, there is only a single port. It is not necessary to select
from the Serial Port field.
6.
In the Host > COM Port drop-down menu, select the target COM port to map.
This is the virtual port on the target PC.
