Description
Cause:
•Faulty connection to the motor connector.
•Check Method: Check the connection of the motor
connector.
•Remedy: Connect the motor cable to connector
correctly.
Cause:
•Motor breakdown.
•Remedy: Replace the motor.
Cause:
• Main Board Unit breakdown.
•Remedy: Replace the Main Board Unit.
Cause:
•Faulty mounting of the platen.
•Check Method: Check mounting condition of the platen.
•Remedy: Mount the platen properly.
Cause:
•Paper feed failure
•Check Method: Check if the paper is jamming or torn
and caught in the paper path.
•Remedy: Eliminate unnecessary paper in the paper path
and set paper properly.
Cause:
•Irregular printing blank label
•Check Method: Use light to detect if the light is on.
When the light is on, carry out the label learning; when
the light is off, replace the photoelectric detection.
•Remedy: Carry out the label learning.
Cause:
•Foreign body in the gear.
•Remedy: Eliminate the foreign body.
Cause:
•Gear Broken
•Remedy: If the gear is broken, replace the gear.
Cause:
•Continuous Label Feeding
•Check Method: Check if the triangle mark is aligned
with label.
•Remedy: Aligned the triangle mark to the label.
