Description
Cause:
•Failure to load paper roll.
•Remedy: Install the roll paper properly.
Cause:
•Main Board Unit is broken.
•Remedy: Replace the Main Board Unit.
Cause:
•Faulty connection to the thermal head connector.
• Check Method: Check the connection.
• Remedy: Connect the thermal head to connector properly.
Cause:
•Thermal head is broken.
•Remedy: Replace the thermal head.
Cause:
•Faulty connection to the thermal head connector.
•Remedy: Connect the thermal head cable to connector
properly.
•Check Method: Check the connection of the thermal head
connector.
Cause:
•Thermal head is broken.
•Remedy: Replace the thermal head.

• Thermal head is broken.
•Remedy: Replace the thermal head.

•Foreign substance is adhered to the thermal head.
•Check Method: Check is any foreign body adhered to the
thermal head.
•Remedy: Dip a cotton swab or soft cloth in ethyl alcohol
and wipe the foreign substance with them.

•Non-recommended paper is used.
•Check Method: Check whether the paper being used meets
the specification.
•Remedy: Replace it with the specified paper.
Cause:
•Faulty mounting of the platen.
•Check Method: Check mounting condition of the platen.
•Remedy: Mount the platen properly.
