Preparatory Steps
Remove the cassette.
Remove the brake disc.
Clean the hub.
Required Material
DT Swiss multipurpose grease
DT Swiss special grease for ratchet sys-
tem
NOTICE
Risk of damaging the end caps!
To avoid damages, only use grind clamping jaws, aluminum clamping jaws or special tools to clamp the
end caps.
