Part 3: Functions:

The device can work statically or with a switchable stroboscopic effect. You can set and influence the different
operating modes and via the on-board menu. In DMX mode, the functions are controlled on 3 channels. You can
control the "COBPAR100W" with any commercially available DMX controller.

3.1 Operating modes and setting of the on-board menu:

The "COBPAR 100W" has various functions, all of which can be set via the on-board menu. Familiarize yourself
with these settings in order to be able to operate the device optimally. You can set the following modes and
functions:
1. "STAT" mode: Press the "MODE" button until the display shows "STAT". The strobe speed can be set by
pressing the "SETUP" button (display shows "ST.00" - "ST.20") and the brightness can be adjusted by
pressing "SETUP" again (display shows "W.000 to W.255). You can change the values with the "Up" and
"Down" buttons and with "Enter" you confirm the selection.
"RUN" mode: Press the "MODE" button until the display shows "RUN". Here you can switch between DMX

and slave mode. You can make the selection with the "Up" and "Down" buttons and confirm with "Enter". A
maximum of 32 devices can be linked together in master / slave mode.
3. „DMX" mode: Press the „MODE" button until the display shows "DMX". Here you can now set the DMX
start address with the "UP" and "Down" buttons (000 to 512).
4. "TEMP" mode: Press the „MODE" button until the display shows "TEMP". The device now shows the
current operating temperature.

forwarding the DMX control signal.
