Problem
The machine-status light flashed 11 times.
The machine-status light flashed 12 times.
The machine-status light flashed 13 times.
The machine-status light flashed 14 times.
The machine-status light is not illuminated.
Possible Cause
1. A motor-encoder fault occurred.
2. Exceeded the maximum motor speed.
1. A controller-configuration fault
occurred.
1. An internal-software fault occurred.
1. A communication fault occurred.
1. There is either no power to the
controller or the controller has failed.

1. Check the motor-encoder (speed
sensor) wiring.
