9.2.2.2 Replacing an existing driver
9.2.2.2.1 General
When the USB driver has already been installed, follow the procedure below to update
the driver.
9.2.2.2.2 Procedure
1. Disable the Ethernet connection between the camera and the computer.
2. Connect the camera to the computer with the USB cable.
3. Open Control Panel > Device Manager.
4. Under Network adapters, find the device named FLIR Platinum USB.
5. Right-click and select Update Driver Software.
