REGISTRAZIONE CATENA
(Fig. 27)
Alle scadenze indicate nella
"Scheda di manutenzione
periodica". é necessario
controllare la tensione della
catena e, se necessario,
regolarla e lubrificarla.
La catena é correttamente
regolata quando, con il
motociclo verticale e scarico, si
trova nella condizione
evidenziata dalla figura.
Qualora ciò non avvenisse,
occorrerà procedere alla sua
registrazione operando nel modo
seguente:
- allentare il dado (1) del perno
ruota;
- sbloccare il controdado (2);
- con una chiave esagonale da 5
mm inserita nell'apposito foro
sul tendicatena, agire sulle viti
di regolazione (3) sino a quando
sarà ripristinata la corretta
tensione;
- verificare che le tacche
riportate sui tendicatena (4)
siano allineate, su entrambi i
lati, con quelle che si trovano
sul forcellone;
- serrare il controdado (2);
- serrare il dado (1) del perno
ruota;
- controllare nuovamente la
tensione della catena.

DRIVE CHAIN ADJUSTMENT

According to the descriptions on
the "Periodical maintenance
card", check the chain tension
adjusting and lubricating it if
necessary.
The chain is correctly adjusted
when the motorcycle is in
vertical position and unloaded,
as shown on figure.
If not, adjust the chain as
follows:
- loosen of the wheel axle nut (1);
- unblock lock nut (2);
- with a 5 mm. hexagon wrench
inserted into the special hole
on the chain tightener operate
adjusting screws (3) until the
correct tension is restored;
- on both sides, check the
alignment of the notches (4) on
the chain tightener with those
on the swing arm;
- tighten lock nut (2);
- tighten nut (1) of the wheel
axle;
- check the chain tension again.

REGLAGE DE LA CHAINE

Selon les descriptions indiqueés
dans la "Fiche d'entretien
périodique", contrôler la chaîne,
la régler et la graisser. La chaîne
résulte réglée lorsqu'elle se
trouve dans la position
évidentiée par la figure
(motocycle sans conducteur).
Dans le cas contraire, la régler en
opérant comme suit:
- desserrer l'écrou (1) du moyeu
roue;
- desserrer le contre-écrou (2);
- par une clé à six pans de 5
mm. insérée dans le trou
spécial sur le tendeur de
chaîne, agir sur les vis de
réglage (3) jusqu'à rétablir la
tension correcte;
- vérifier que les coches (4) du
tendeur de chaîne soient en
ligne avec celles de la fourche;
- serrer le contre-écrou (2);
- serrer l'écrou (1) du moyeu
roue;
- contrôler à nouveau la tension
de la chaîne.

Mit den in der "Periodischen
Wartungskarte" angegebenen, ist
die Kette auf Spannung zu
prüfen und, wenn notwendig, sie
nachzuziehen und
abzuschmieren
Die Kette ist korrekt eingestellt,
wenn sie bei senkrechtem und
abgeladenem Motorrad aussieht,
wie im Bild 27 dargestellt ist.
Ist das nicht der Fall, Kette
folgenderweise einstellen:
- Mutter (1) des Radzapfens
losmachen;
- Gegenmutter (2) losmachen;
- mittels eines
Sechskantschlüssels von 5 mm,
der in das dazu geeignete Loch
auf dem Kettenspanner
hineingesteckt wird
Einstellschrauben (3) anziehen
oder losmachen, bis die
korrekte Spannung erreicht
wird;
- die Markierungen (4) auf den
Kettenspannern sollen
beidseitig mit den
Markierungen auf der Gabel
eingereiht sein;
- Mutter (2) des Radzapfens
festklemmen;
- Gegenmutter (1) festklemmen;
- Kette nochmals auf Spannung
prüfen.
