OFF Disables the fDlAL1 kev.

frequency becomes the same as the transmit
LO
OFF 1 Disables the [LO] button so the user cannot select
the low power mode.
Enables the [LO] button so the user can toggle
Disables the Priority feature.
The Priority channel is a fixed channel selected by
the dealer. The user cannot change it.
The priority channel can be selected by the user
while in the user mode.
