4.2 Hydraulic Power Pack

4.2.1 Engine Controls
LXT95 Grapple power packs are equipped with a Honda®
GX200 engine. LXT115 models are equipped with a Honda
GX270 engine. The LXT95 engine is illustrated, however the
controls are essentially the same.
Refer to the engine manufacturers operator's manual for further
detailed instructions before starting.

Ignition Switch
This rotary switch controls the ignition system.
• The engine operates in the ON position. Before starting the
engine, turn the switch to ON.
• Turn it counterclockwise to OFF to stop the engine.

Choke Lever
The choke lever opens and closes the choke valve in the
carburetor.
• Place the choke lever in the CLOSED position (3) when
starting a cold engine.
• Move the choke lever to the OPEN position (2) after the
engine starts. When restarting a warm engine, leave the
lever in the OPEN position.

Fuel Shut-off Valve
The engine is equipped with a valve between the fuel tank and
the carburetor.
• Slide the fuel valve lever toward the block (2) to turn fuel
ON, and away (3) to turn OFF.
• Turn the fuel OFF when not in use or when transporting.
