Increasing trailer tongue weight
4. At the auxiliary control valve, push the left-hand lever
forward to move the tandem axle back on the frame.
5. Adjust axle position, then insert the tandem bolt and
locknut.

Decreasing trailer tongue weight
6. Pull the valve lever back towards you to move the axle
forward on the frame.
7. Adjust axle position, then insert the tandem bolt and
locknut.

4.5 Articulated Trailer Tongue

(LXT115 option)
With the Articulating Tongue option, maneuvering the log trailer
through tight spaces is made easier. The tow vehicle is moved
away from the trailer tongue, by adding another hinge point.
