Installing Application Plug-ins

Application plug-ins are enhancements to EdgeStore's capabilities. The DLNA
server, which enables EdgeStore to support the UPnP protocol, is one example
of an application plug-in.
Follow this procedure to install an application plug-in on your EdgeStore.
Downloading the Plug-in File
To download the plug-in file:
1.
Download the plug-in file you want from

Copy the plug-in file from your PC to a folder on the EdgeStore.
Installing the Plug-in File
1.
Start the EASM interface.
2.
In the Tree, click the + beside the Management icon.
3.
Click the System Upgrade icon.
4.
From the Volume dropdown menu, choose the Volume that has the folder
with the plug-in file.
5.
From the Folder dropdown menu, choose the Folder that contains the
plug-in file.
6.
In the File Name field, type the name of the plug-in file.
7.
Click the OK button to begin the installation.
When the installation is done, a system message appears.
8.
Click the OK button on the system message.
9.
Reboot the EdgeStore.

Do not disconnect the power or shut down the EdgeStore while
the installation is running!
