13.3 Fault Finding

Only authorised repair agents with valid certifications should carry out repairs

Reasons
1 Not connected to the power
supply
1 The input voltage is wrong.
2 The input voltage is unstable
3 The wires between power
switch and power supply
board are loose.
1 The fan is broken.
2 Internal fault
1 Overheat protection.
2 The circuit of auxilliary
power supply is broken.
1 The display cable has a poor
connection.
1 Power switch is broken.
2 Three phase rectifier bridge
is broken
1 The solenoid is faulty.
2 The gas supply.
1 The torch switch is broken or
bad connection.
Solution
1 Make sure the input power
supply is normal.
2 Make sure the power switch is
closed.
1 Adjust the voltage to the
correct value.
2 Turn off the machine, and then
turn on in 5–10 minutes.
3 Re tighten the wires between
power switch and power
supply board.
