Problem
1
Press the torch trigger, no wire feed

Gas flow out of the torch, no power and no wire
feed

Gas flows out of the torch, wire feeds, no arc

Welding current imbalance

No-load voltage is low

Unstable arc and spatter

Load voltage, wire feed normal, but not arc

No shielding gas flow

Wire tangles at the wire feeder
Possible Cause
No power
Torch switch is faulty
Wire feeder current regulator potentiometer
faulty
Wire feeder fault
Wire feed pcb faulty
The main control board is faulty
Poor contact of internal connectors
Current adjustment potentiometer bad
Control circuit board has a problem
Power supply voltage is too low
Inappropriate selection of voltage and wire feed
speed
Contact tip size, wire feeder roll size and/or
wire diameter do not match
Excessive wire feed resistance
Break in the welding circuit
Excessive oil or rust on the job
Check if the gas hose is connected and free of
kinks
Check whether the gas cylinder has gas
Internal solenoid valve has failed
Wire burnt back into the contact tip
Contact is clogged or the incorrect size
Torch Liner/guide tube is clogged
Wire feed roll misaligned
Wire feeder roll pressure excessive
Solution
Check input power connection.
Replace the torch
